What therapy is like with me

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, so one of my priorities is helping you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourself. I see therapy as something we build together. We’ll spend time understanding your story, the relationships and experiences that have shaped you, and what feels most important to you right now. Some sessions may be reflective, while others are more practical, but throughout the process I want you to feel listened to, respected and actively involved in the decisions we make together. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported and more confident in creating the changes that matter most to you.
