What therapy is like with me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe it’s important that you feel comfortable, heard and understood from the very beginning. I aim to create a calm, welcoming and collaborative space where we can take the time to understand what’s been happening in your life, what matters to you, and what you’re hoping will be different.

My approach is gentle and thoughtful, balancing reflection with practical strategies that are tailored to your needs. Whether we’re working together on anxiety, life transitions, neurodivergence or emotional wellbeing, my hope is that therapy helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build on your strengths, and move towards greater confidence, peace and contentment.
