What therapy is like with me

Whether we’re meeting through therapy or as part of a psychological assessment, I want our work together to feel collaborative, thoughtful and grounded in genuine curiosity. I take the time to understand not only the challenges that have brought you or your child to therapy, but also the experiences, relationships and strengths that have shaped who they are as a person.
Together, we’ll work towards making sense of the bigger picture, while also identifying practical ways forward that feel meaningful in everyday life. My hope is that the process provides greater clarity, deeper understanding, and growing confidence to navigating the path ahead.

My therapy approaches

At the heart of my work is taking the time to really get to know each young person as an individual.
