What therapy is like with me

I value therapy that feels collaborative, thoughtful and grounded in a genuine understanding of each person’s unique experiences. My hope is that you feel safe to explore what’s been happening in your life at a pace that feels right for you, knowing that we’ll work together to understand your challenges while also recognising your strengths.

I see the therapeutic relationship as an important foundation for meaningful change. Together, we’ll balance reflection with practical strategies, drawing on what is most helpful for you and your goals. My hope is that therapy leaves you feeling better understood, more compassionate towards yourself, and increasingly confident to navigate forward with useful insights and strategies.
