Senior Educational & Developmental Psychologist | Clinical Psychologist
I value creating a therapeutic space that feels warm, collaborative and genuinely supportive, where you feel comfortable bringing whatever has been happening in your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a different way forward, my hope is that therapy feels like a place where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and work together towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I enjoy balancing thoughtful reflection with practical strategies, adapting my approach to suit each person’s individual needs and circumstances. Along the way, my hope is that you’ll not only feel better understood and more compassionate towards yourself, but also leave therapy with a clearer sense of direction, greater confidence, and practical ways of responding to the challenges that brought you here. Where it feels natural, I also believe that warmth, curiosity and a little humour can help make even difficult conversations feel more manageable.
As a Senior Educational & Developmental Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of counselling, therapy and assessment needs.
I believe therapy is most helpful when it begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on warmth, trust and collaboration. Once that foundation is established, I enjoy helping people better understand themselves while also developing practical skills that support meaningful and lasting change. My work is informed by attachment-based ideas, self-compassion and evidence-based therapies, recognising that insight and practical strategies often work best together.
I adapt my approach to each person's individual needs, drawing on different therapeutic frameworks according to their goals and circumstances. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, becoming a parent, or another significant life transition, my aim is to create a space that feels thoughtful, flexible and genuinely supportive.
