Psychologist | Clinical Registrar
I know that beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and I feel privileged to be invited into that part of someone’s life. My aim is to create a calm, genuine and welcoming space where you feel comfortable talking openly about your experiences and working together towards the changes you’re hoping to make.
I believe meaningful therapy is built on trust, curiosity and collaboration. Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s contributing to the challenges you’re facing while building practical skills and insights that support lasting wellbeing. My hope is that you leave feeling better equipped to navigate life with greater confidence and self-understanding.
As a Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of therapy and counselling needs.
I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), using these approaches to help people better understand what they are experiencing while developing practical strategies they can use in everyday life. I also draw on Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and other evidence-based ways of working according to each person's needs and goals.
