Senior Clinical Psychologist | Team Leader
Lead Child & Adolescent Psychologist
Whether I’m working with a child, young person, adult or family, my priority is creating a space where people feel genuinely accepted, understood and safe to be themselves. I believe trust, authenticity and collaboration are at the heart of meaningful therapy, and I love bringing warmth, creativity and, where appropriate, a sense of fun into the work we do together.
I tailor therapy to each person’s developmental stage, strengths and individual needs, blending reflection, practical support and playfulness in ways that help therapy feel engaging and meaningful. My hope is that clients leave with a greater understanding of themselves, stronger connections with the important people around them, and practical ways of navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. It is also my hope that families leave not only with greater understanding of one another, but also with renewed confidence, stronger connections, and a greater sense of calm at home.
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of therapy, counselling and assessment needs.
Working with children, young people and families has reinforced for me that therapy needs to be flexible, engaging and developmentally responsive. I enjoy drawing together different evidence-based approaches while adapting sessions to each person's age, strengths and way of understanding the world. Building strong relationships with children and the important adults in their lives is a central part of my work.
