Psychologist
For me, therapy is about creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to slow down, reflect and make sense of your experiences without fear of judgement. I value working collaboratively, taking the time to understand not only what’s bringing you to therapy now, but also the strengths, values and relationships that can support meaningful change.
I aim to balance warmth and compassion with practical support, helping you better understand yourself while developing strategies that fit your life and your goals. My hope is that therapy leaves you feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and increasingly confident in your ability to navigate whatever lies ahead.
As a Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of therapy and counselling needs.
For me, therapy begins with building a genuine relationship where people feel comfortable, respected and understood. From that foundation, we can make sense of the difficulties that have brought someone to therapy while also exploring practical ways of moving forward. My work draws on attachment theory, ACT, Schema Therapy and EMDR, but I always aim to tailor these approaches to the individual, balancing reflection, insight and practical change at a pace that feels right for them.
