Clinical Psychologist | Practice Director
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why they keep finding themselves facing the same challenges. My role is to help make sense of those experiences in a way that feels thoughtful, supportive and hopeful. I aim to create a calm, genuine space where you don’t feel rushed or judged, and where we can work together to understand not only what’s happening now, but also the experiences that may have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Alongside finding practical ways forward, I believe some of the most meaningful change comes from developing a deeper understanding of yourself. My hope is that therapy feels like somewhere you can think openly, feel genuinely understood, and gradually build lasting change.
As a Clinical Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of therapy and Counselling needs.
No single therapy approach suits every person. Over many years of practice, I've found that the most meaningful work comes from thoughtfully adapting evidence-based approaches to the individual sitting in front of me. I place particular value on helping people understand the deeper patterns that have shaped their lives while also supporting them to develop practical ways of creating lasting change and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
