What therapy is like with me

I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel genuinely understood and supported, while also knowing we’re working towards the changes that matter most to you. My aim is to create a calm, thoughtful and collaborative space where we can make sense of what has brought you to therapy, identify what is getting in the way, and begin finding practical ways forward.

Every person comes with their own experiences, strengths and way of understanding the world, so I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, tailoring therapy to your individual needs while keeping a clear focus on helping you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and move towards meaningful and lasting change.

My therapy approaches

I believe there is no single therapeutic approach that suits everyone. Rather than beginning with a preferred model, I aim to understand the whole person—their experiences, relationships, strengths, culture, and the way they naturally make sense of the world—so that therapy can be tailored to what is most likely to be helpful for them.
