What therapy is like with me

I believe therapy is about creating a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself and supported enough to grow. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship based on trust, compassion and collaboration, because I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood.

My approach is thoughtful and flexible, recognising that everyone’s experiences and goals are different. Together, we’ll explore what’s been happening in your life, develop practical ways of responding to challenges, and build on your strengths along the way. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected with yourself, more confident in your own abilities, and better able to move towards the life you want to live.
