What therapy is like with me

Whether we’re meeting for therapy or a psychological assessment, I believe the most important starting point is taking the time to understand you as a whole person. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming and collaborative space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your experiences and working together towards a deeper understanding of yourself.

I enjoy combining thoughtful exploration with practical strategies that help people move forward with greater confidence. Whether we’re working through life’s challenges or seeking clarity through assessment, my hope is that you leave with a stronger understanding of your strengths, practical recommendations that feel relevant to your life, and a greater sense of peace and direction.

My therapy approaches

I value creating a therapeutic space that feels collaborative, respectful and responsive to each person's individual needs. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT and Schema Therapy, but rather than following a fixed formula, I adapt my approach to the person sitting in front of me. I enjoy helping people develop greater self-understanding while also working together towards practical changes that feel meaningful and achievable.
