What therapy is like with me

I tailor therapy to each person’s developmental stage, strengths and individual needs, blending reflection, practical support and playfulness in ways that help therapy feel engaging and meaningful. My hope is that clients leave with a greater understanding of themselves, stronger connections with the important people around them, and practical ways of navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

My therapy approaches

No two people arrive in therapy with exactly the same story, so I don't believe therapy should look exactly the same for everyone. I take an individualised approach, using CBT as a foundation while integrating Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT and other approaches according to what will be most helpful. I enjoy helping people understand the patterns that have developed over time, while also working together towards practical and meaningful change in a way that feels collaborative, thoughtful and grounded in each person's goals.
