Psychologist | Clinical Registrar
I see therapy as a place where you can be honest about the parts of yourself or your experiences that may have felt difficult to talk about elsewhere. Building trust is an important part of that process, and I aim to create a space that feels genuine, thoughtful and collaborative, where you feel both understood and supported to make meaningful change.
My style is conversational and engaged, balancing curiosity with gentle challenge when it helps uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening now, but also the experiences, relationships and emotions that have shaped those patterns over time. My hope is that therapy helps you develop greater insight, stronger self-understanding and new ways of responding that create lasting change.
As a Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of therapy and counselling needs.
I enjoy combining evidence-based therapies with attachment and emotion-focused ways of understanding people's experiences. While gaining insight into long-standing patterns is an important part of therapy, I also believe meaningful change involves gently challenging the habits and defences that may no longer be serving us. My approach is flexible and collaborative, balancing thoughtful exploration with practical ways of moving forward.
