Psychologist
Everyone’s reasons for coming to therapy are different, and I believe it’s important that the support you receive reflects that. I enjoy getting to know each person as an individual and working together to understand both the challenges you’re facing and the strengths that can help you move forward.
My style is relaxed, collaborative and practical, balancing thoughtful exploration with evidence-based strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I hope therapy becomes a place where you feel supported to better understand yourself, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and make changes that feel both realistic and meaningful.
As a Psychologist at Laburnum Psychology, I work with clients across a range of therapy and counselling needs.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, adapting them to the needs, goals and experiences of each person I work with. I’m interested in helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing, recognise connections and patterns that may not have been obvious before, and develop a clearer understanding of themselves and what might help.
