What therapy is like with me

I value therapy that is both thoughtful and purposeful. Taking the time to develop a deep understanding of what has brought someone to therapy allows us to build a plan that is tailored to their individual needs, while always recognising the person behind the difficulties they’re experiencing.

While my approach is grounded in careful formulation and evidence-based practice, I also believe that people do their best work when they feel genuinely understood and respected. I hope our work together helps you develop greater insight, confidence and practical ways of responding to life’s challenges that continue to serve you well into the future.
