What therapy is like with me
I believe therapy should offer both understanding and direction. My first priority is getting to know you as a person—your experiences, your strengths and what matters most to you, before we begin exploring ways forward together. I aim to create a calm, respectful and collaborative space where you feel comfortable asking questions, reflecting openly and working towards the changes that are important to you.
Alongside developing practical strategies, I also believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself and the patterns that influence your wellbeing. My hope is that you’ll leave therapy feeling more confident in your own abilities, with greater clarity about the path ahead and a stronger sense of what helps you live well.
